Fear and Cosplaying in Las Vegas

I'm going to Anime Vegas with a friend, so I thought I'd mention what is going down for the con. I will have the Fallout armour at the con as long as I can get it finshed on time, I still have a lot of work to do on it. Anyway, I'll see what else I can have done for the con, since I'm going to cheak out Quark's bar at the Star Trek hotel across the street. I may do the Starfleet officer for that or just slap something together that looks like a Nergal uniform.

I've been meaning to attend Anime Vegas myself. Sure it's a small con, but it's the location that counts! Now all I need is to find a decent hotel with a Casino and Buffet.

Actually it is pretty big, according to someone I talked to on he official webforum for Anime Vegas it is bigger than NDK

I've heard that it is pritty big, I was surprised to her though. There aren't many people in Nevada.

Yes, but they're are many people in the rest of the US. Vegas is a pretty big tourist attraction.

Still the size is based on how far these people have travelled. By the way, I heard something from someone that the Star Trek thing at the Hitlon across the street from the con, might be undergoing some changes due to the hotel being sold.

Great news, my father is driving my friends and I to Anime Vegas, this is going to be so much fun. He isn't much for anime, but knowing him, he will lose himself in the casinos and we can go off and do our own thing. THANK YOU DAD!

Everything looks good for the trip coming up in 7 days. "Seven Days" *Wispers* We will be meeting a friend in Faiplay on the way to discuss are Hellsing group sadly she won't be coming but we will see her at NDK. Pictures will be posted on the useuall sites for the group and Zombi Punch will have videos up on youtube.

This is a report of the con. This con kicked ass, it has been the best anime con I have been to plus I made some new friends. I have pictures on my myspace and my photobucket.

It was a great success, I hope next year we can get more people to come with us. After all, this was their fifth year and it was almost a reminder as to how NDK used to be.
